DIRECTIONS
AND MAPS
Kapiolani Community College
is located at 4303 Diamond Head Road in Honolulu, Hawaii. If you
are new to the campus and driving in unfamiliar territory, these
directions provide the shortest, most direct route to the campus.

1. By car, from
Central Oahu and North Shore
From the H2 Freeway southbound
and merge to the H1 Freeway eastbound. Once on the H1 Freeway eastbound,
follow the H1 freeway directions to the campus in paragraph 3.
2. By car, from
Windward Oahu via Likelike or Pali Highway
Take the Likelike or Pali
Highway southbound toward Honolulu until it connects to the H1 Freeway
eastbound. Once on the H1 Freeway eastbound, follow the H1 freeway
directions to the campus in paragraph 3.
3. By car, between
Waianae and Moiliili including Downtown via H1 Freeway
Take the H1 Freeway eastbound
to the 6th Avenue exit (25B). At the top of the exit, turn RIGHT
onto 6th Avenue (in the direction of Diamond Head). As you follow
6th Avenue, you will pass one stop light and a four-way intersection.
At the four-way intersection, 6th Avenue changes to Alohea Avenue.
Follow Alohea Avenue until it ends, where you will see the entrance
to parking lot B.
4. By car, from
East Honolulu (including Waimanalo)
Take Kalanianaole Highway
westbound to the Kilauea Avenue exit (27). Turn LEFT at the first
stop light onto Kilauea Avenue (in the direction of Diamond Head).
Follow Kilauea Avenue to the top of the hill. The campus will be
to your left. Take the first left onto Makapuu Avenue, where you
will see the entrance to parking lot A.
5. By car, from
Waikiki via Kalakaua Avenue
Follow Kalakaua Avenue
eastbound until reaching the intersection of Kapahulu Avenue and
Monsarrat Avenue. Bear slightly left onto Monsarrat Avenue. Continue
up Monsarrat Avenue for about one mile, where it will change into
Diamond Head Road. The campus will be on your left.

On-Campus Parking
All non-staff stalls in
Lot A require a permit to be displayed between
6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Non-staff stalls in parking Lots
B, C, D, and E are available to students and visitors at all hours.
Staff stalls in all lots are available
to all students and visitors after 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, and all
day weekends.
Off-Campus Parking
Additional parking is available at the Diamond Head Theater Lot,
and the overflow lot on Diamond Head Road (when available). Street
parking is limited. Please follow all parking regulations to avoid
being cited or towed.
