These articles provided me with the resources to complete this project and gain an understanding of the media's function in the same-sex marriage issue. I found them to be insightful and educational, with very little bias attempting to persuade the reader to adopt one position over the other.

By using the the internet resources of Hawaii's two major newspapers, The Honlulu Star-Bulletin and The Honolulu Advertiser, I was able to gain a foundation for the issues at hand. Hawaii's reaction to same-sex marriage has been mixed, and each person has their own opinion to express.
