could he imagine…his race enslaved?

could he imagine…a fellow officer using racist slurs to describe him?

could he imagine…Kanye West not liking white people?

could he imagine…being the only white on a negro league team?

could they imagine…a non-white under one of their hoods?

Doubtful.

because if they could imagine what it might be like to be someone else.

maybe every once in awhile, they would have shown some compassion for everyone else.
