My name is Jim Baker and I now live in Honolulu, Hawaii.  I've been married for almost thirty years now, have three grown kids, and still haven't decided what I want to do when I grow up.  I recently left a cushy government job to move to Hawaii.  I am a graduate student at the University of Hawaii, pursing a PhD in Electrical Engineering.  This is my third or fourth career change, I've lost track.  I am a veteran with 35 combat missions in Desert Storm, now retired from the Marine Corps Reserves, have worked as an engineer in private industry for several years, then as a government contractor, and as finally as a civilian Engineer for the Navy.
