Hawaii's Endangered Species

Hawaii is considered one of the places to go to for a nice vacation where it is considered as 'Paradise.' There are some other things that we must understand before we take our trip to Hawaii.  Hawaii is considered one of the most endangered species capital of our world because of two main reasons which is: Isolation and Foreign invaders.

Before any human stepped a foot onto the island, there were other species that took hold of the land.  Those species were the first organisms that evolved in Hawaii and are the first to call Hawaii their home.  The plants came to the island by the ocean waves, birds, or came floating with another object.  With no predators on the island, the plants and animals adapted to become defenseless.  Everything was peaceful, there were thousands of animals, and there was nothing to worry about until it all ended when the foreign invaders took over.

Foreign invaders was the main cause for the endangered species.  The first invaders brought along domestic animals and started threatening the native species.  With the domestic animals many things were damaged and destroyed.  Animals were disappearing andthe numbers are still decreasing.  In order to prevent more animals from becomin endangered lets understand their survival and be sure not to damage any of their food environment.  Also remember that what ever we end up damaging will end up causing more harm to these animals.
