Conceptual Design

The results from the Usability Testing are summarized in this Form. Because the two participants have different levels of experience with the Resume Index service, it was not feasible to include the Mean time for each of the observed results. Instead, it is recommended to make these results more useful by conduct more Usability Studies with participants that fall into the two different levels: new to using the service or revisiting the service.
