The first memo is a proposal to improve the current Resume Index service on the ICS web site. It was submitted on October 15, 2002 and approved on October 16, 2002.

The last three memos are updates on the status of the project. During the first milestone, the Requirements Analysis Plan and Usability Testing Plan were outlined and initial documentation completed. For the second milestone, user interviews were conducted followed by further generation of more Requirements Analysis documents. At the third milestone, Conceptual Designs were created and then evaluated by users. In the fourth milestone documents were revised and a working HTML prototype is generated. For the final milestone, usability testing was conducted with the HTML prototype.
