Search Voyager for Hawaiian diacritics errors
Open: My Computer
Navigate to: C:\voyager\Access Reports
Open: Reports.mdb
Click: Open
Highlight: Cat - Hawaiian diacritics
Click: Design
You should see this query:

Save the query
Click: diskette icon
Run the query
Click: exclamation point icon
Get password from Systems Office
Enter the password, click 'ok'
Wait for results (will take several minutes)
Results screen will look like an Excel sheet
Export the results as an Excel file
Click: File
Select: Export
Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file
Enter a filename
Suggestion: aa 2008
Save as type: Microsoft Excel 97-2003
Click: Save formatted
Click: Export All
Close MS Access
Navigate to the saved file and open it
Delete any lines containing titles not to be edited
Sort remaining lines
Highlight: entire file
Click: Data
Select: Sort
Select: by BIB_ID
Select: Ascending
Click: OK
Select: Sort anything that looks like a number as a number
Click: OK
Insert a record-keeping column "DONE"
Save file
