If OCLC has a partial record for a photocopy of a UHM thesis that is in Voyager, held by Manoa only:

a) Ensure that there is an 843 tag in the photocopy MFHD; supply if missing, retrieve the piece if needed

b) Copy the OCLC 035 tag(s) from the photocopy record

c) Create the UHM Prelim record, pasting the 035 OCLC tag(s) into the UHM Prelim record

d) Overlay the earlier bib copy with the UHM Prelim

e) Create additional MFHDs and ITEMs as usual

f) Count paper stats as a prelim

g) Send paper copy⁄copies to Preservation for binding
