952    Correct subfield x in 650 field to subfield z

5.  The error is reported to OCLC

To report bib errors online with Passport

Authorization mode: You must have cataloging Full-level authorization or higher.

1.   Retrieve the bibliographic record that contains the error.
2 .  Type the error information in field 952. Field 952 is free text and can contain vernacular data. Do not include any indicators  or subfield codes.  Include your name and e-mail address in case questions arise.
3.   Type err at the Home position and press <F11> to send the record with the error information.
4.   Delete the 952 field before taking final action (Produce, Update, Export, Transfer) so that the field does not appear on your tapes and archival records.

To delete our holdings in OCLC (remove HUH)

1) bring up the bib record which says "in HUH"
2) send the command: delh
3) HUH holding symbol will vanish. We get enough credit from OCLC to cover the search cost when we delete our holdings.
