Group One:
• Discipline Policy
• Incentives for teaching those students who need us most (Title 1)
• Mentor Teachers
• Attendance policy
• Cell phone policy
• Curriculum (universal) because high transfer rate (Leeward, Central…)
• Technology
• Career Advisor (i.e. PRAXIS)
• Curriculum development that is ongoing and specific
• Training for alternate programs
• Assessment guidance
• New report card with grade specific standards

Group Two:
• Lower class sizes—have school-wide average instead of statewide average and limit number of SPED in preschool
• Request for Assistance (RFA’s) need to be more easier—less paperwork
• Administrators evaluated by teachers
• Get rid of America’s Choice or address issues—need more teacher autonomy
• Empower teachers to suspend students
• Limited adjunct meetings—limit number of committees/after school meetings
• More administrative support, additional VP’s, more counselors, SBBH
• Need an updated handbook of school mechanics (P.O., bid lists, textbook inventories)
• Need air conditioners
• Max/limit SPED students in a preschool
