Group One:
- Clean classrooms with current furniture and equipment
- HICCPS current hard copy
- Supplies-where is my paper? Manila folders?
- Prep. Period- can we have them for planning, not Dave Shepard! Or useless meetings, and less paperwork during this time.
- We are mandated to use data-based programs, can our in-services be screened by the same process so they are applicable and proven and practical and useful.
- Books for each child—regular curr. Books in SPED Res. Rooms
- Technology (overheads, printers, student computers)
- Security—better response
- Administration-contact and guidance
- Teach me to navigate the DOE/LDO/School systems
- Teacher Mentors?
- Fewer clerical responsibilities for teachers/paperwork
- Computer-assisted reading programs
- Consistent follow-through on discipline from Administration
- Less “weirdness” with licenses and steps and all the requirements (other states’ schools do better as well so why isn’t their license enough?)
- The HTSB and Teacher Recruitment Offices to communicate with each other
- Honesty in interviews (re: school transfers, “steps” in salary)
- Relocation bonus for more than SPED
- ISPED- Can we have an outlet to give us user feedback to create a better database?
- Access to Reg. Curr. Materials
- Time to ISPED input, file paperwork and test

Group Two:
- Incentive for long commuters
- Smaller class size
- More support staff
- Someone to be the “secretary” (free up time for curriculum)
- Xeroxing
- Paperwork
- Supplies
- Classroom technology
- FREE, quality PD classes (or cheap)
- IEP support (SPED)
- More SPED teachers
- Classroom computers for kids
- GET RID OF HSA!!
- Cafeteria with salad bar

Group Three:
- Sign on bonus for rehire
- Give reciprocity to out of state newbies
- Reimburse for Praxis test (if passed)
- SPED teachers in classroom (i.e. inclusion classes)
- More computers for students (Laptop for reg. teachers)
- Title One money for Title One teacher and student needs
- Get credit (PD credit) for all workshops during school.
- More support from admin.
- Licensed admin.
- Smaller classes
- Truancy officers
- More communication between DOE and admin.
- Communication between elementary, intermediate and high schools
- Not being honored as a professional

Group Four:
- Smaller class size
- Someone to help set up classroom
- Mentor teacher program
- Cleaning supplies and Raid
- Prep time (in school)-during school hours
- More bodies to help in class
- Someone to observe me teaching and get feedback
- KEEP NEW TEACHER ADVISORS (Tammy and Mark)
- Have additional new teacher advisors
- Admin. Support-visit classrooms, give feedback/support
- Tuition reimbursement for grad. School/undergrad.
- Offer more PD credits
- More supplies-starting P.O.
- Somebody to help with paperwork
- More Xerox machines
- Better technology equipment
- Air conditioning
- Improved recess/lunch process
