KEY IDEA: There are many tools for formatting text but it is
important that text be easy to see and read.

Go to the 'Format' menu and scroll down to 'Font' then over to the side to change the font of your highlighted text:
Step 23. After you change your size, color,
alignment, style and font, your text will look different.
Make sure you text is easy to see and easy to read. It shouldn't be too small or the same color as the background.

Step 24. Click in the blue box and type todays date, then format the numbers with color,
size and font so they are easy to read.
