How to Join Who can join? Anyone and everyone can join. We encourage the students, faculty and staff members of the University of Hawaii to join. We also encourage anyone (whether or not from UH) who use Apple technology, such as the Mac OS or Quicktime. Additionally, we like to see anyone who lives in Hawaii to join. But you don't have to be any one of these. You could be a two-year-old in Switzerland who has never touched a computer before. Join anyway! Gamma Apple Pi has an emphasis in the University of Hawaii. Therefore, those who can primarily profit from being a member of Gamma Apple Pi are the students, faculty and staff of the UH system (this includes all of its campuses). Why join? Gamma Apple Pi members will receive discounts (sometimes free admission) to Gamma Apple Pi events. We are also working to get members' discounts on software, such as Adobe and Macromedia. Students looking for jobs will enjoy networking oportunities with figures in the Macintosh Community. Plus, there are great events that we have planned that are exclusively for Gamma Apple Pi members. Is there a deadline? There is no deadline. You can join at any time; the earlier the better. Is there a membership fee? There is no membership fee. It's free! What better reason to join?
