Calendar Members & Web Sites Papers and Research Book Series Who's Who

The Forum for Global Studies has been established to facilitate cooperation among groups in all countries promoting research on the contemporary world system and its problems. It will support exchange of information between these groups, participation in conferences and workshops sponsored by any of them, publication of a book series , the organization of special interest discourse groups on the Internet, and any other activities that will enhance the ability of all members to study global phenomena and problems.

Tentative commitments have been made for the preparation of book projects dealing with Globalization and:

The asterisks following names given above are hyperlinks to information about the listed book projects.

The Forum does not aim to become a funded organization with collective decision-making capabilities. Instead, it will rely on voluntary effort and the Internet to help its members accomplish the goals they have set for themselves. Inquiries about membership in the Forum or related questions may be sent to its manager, Fred W. Riggs
