John 1:1-5
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was
God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made through him. Without him was not anything made that has
been made.
4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men.
5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn't overcome it.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever
believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
John 1:29
On the next day, he [John the Baptist] saw Jesus coming to him, and said, "Behold,
the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!"
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves;
it is the gift of God,
9 not of works, that no one would boast.
John 14:26
But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he
will teach you all things, and bring to your memory all that I said to you.
John 15:7-15
7 If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you
desire, and it will be done to you.
8 In this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit; and so you will
be my disciples.
9 Even as the Father has loved me, I also have loved you. Remain in my love.
10 If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love; even as I have kept
my Father's commandments, and remain in his love.
11 I have spoken these things to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your
joy may be made full.
12 This is my commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you.
13 Greater love has no one than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 You are my friends, if you do whatever I command you.
15 No longer do I call you servants, for the servant doesn't know what his lord
does. But I have called you friends, for everything that I heard from my Father,
I have made known to you.
Romans 12:1-2
1 Therefore I beg you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies
a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.
2 Don't be fashioned according to this world, but be transformed by the renewing
of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect
will of God.
