EFR Electronic Film Review
|
The Electronic Film Review is a dual authoring system.
The process uses three programs: EFRaid, CDL Builder, and EFR Player.

The first step in creating an EFR is intallation and setup of the software.
The second step is to segment the film clip and add additional annotations.
The segmentation is done with the EFRaid program. The file is then compiled
to create an (.efr) file. The EFR (.efr) file is then used to create
a playlist EFR (.cdl). The playlist is created using the EFR (.efr)
file using the CDL Builder program. HTML pages can be created and accessed
through links in the annotations window of the EFR Player. The HTML
pages can contain additional information, interactive excercises or
quizzes.
