At JABSOM Lab / Resource Center I worked for over 2 years. While there I Maintained / Upgraded / Installed over 50 Win9x/2K computer systems as well as installed/troubleshot hardware and software. I traveled on and off campus to help users(when travel provided). I also worked with on-campus IT pro's for troubleshooting physical network issues.
