Institute Highlights
The Institute began with a comprehensive introduction to
the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, and RCRA.
L. Sullivan and D. Au with Steven Neugeboren, presenter
of “Clean Water Act Overview” and Senior Attorney in the Office of General
Counsel and the EPA.
Day Two and Day Three of the conference were plenary sessions
with panel presentations by experts, practitioners, and government enforcement
