Funded and supported by the Environmental Law Program and community donors, first year students Della Au, Trisha Watson, and Leihinahina Sullivan attended the 31st Annual ALI-ABA Institute. Over the past x years, ELP has sent x number of students.

Institute Highlights

The Institute began with a comprehensive introduction to the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, and RCRA.

Day Two and Day Three of the conference were plenary sessions with panel presentations by experts, practitioners, and government enforcement and legislative representatives.
