Infragard is a partnership between the FBI and the public sector created to
help provide security for the nation's information infrastructure. The
digital library provides articles such as "Technology Risk Checklist" free
of charge.

In addition to threat information, the site allows you to look up a port
number to see which processes use that port. Helpful in dealing with
attacks or attempted attacks. You can also look up an IP address and get
not only information about the organization hosting the address but also a
contact person to notify if someone is using that machine to attack your
network.
