Dr. Tomoum was born and educated in Munich Germany of German and Egyptian parents.  She is has both German and Egyptian nationalities and lives in Cairo.

She has had a successful career in Egypt as program officer on numerous foreign national projects. She enjoys a wide network of local influential people and organizations. She is fluent in German, English, and has a working knowledge of Arabic. We are fortunate to have Dr. Tomoum on our team.
