My current and future research aims to understand the neural mechanisms of social interaction.
In particular, my research is focused on the genetic, anatomical, physiological,
and endocrine mechanisms of neural processing that result in specific behaviors.
The goal of this research is to develop an evolutionary context for social
interactions and to create fish models for mammalian social disorders.
