Mind and body
A counter balance
with forces of nature
seeks perfect balance
where time is still
and nothing can exist
sways a change
a movement in time
measured for all things
perhaps that is why like me
existence is imperfect
Nothing much was ever said, we just wore smiles
because the fat lady sang for hundreds of miles
The tattooed man would share some wit
but shared no direction come to think of it
We did stray on that moonlit summer night
Driven by spirits, our spirits in flight
Living adventurous and as free as we can
me, the fat lady and the tattooed man
I sleep the day away
I wake up to find myself instead
late again and back to where I was yesterday
In a world of dreams
who can say what is really what it seems
in dreams
I live
with no tomorrow and nothing to believe
People all around
don't know why they're all feeling down
sometimes we try so hard
to do the things that can't be done
I'll never understand why I have the questions that I ask
at last
I have
a way to set my mind free from the past
Here we go again
another day is coming to and end
spent dreamt the time away no worries no regrets
nothing can go wrong
I set my mind and everything is gone
so long
I'm strong
I free myself from being all alone
