1. The Slide Show
View shows the presentation as it would appear together with
transitions, effects, animations, and sounds. This is how you preview
your PowerPoint®
presentation, which
is especially important if you have animation effects of any kind. To
stop at any time during the preview of your presentation in Slide
Show View, press the escape key.
2. When in the Slide Show View you can either set the presentation to be automatic or you must click the mouse for the presentation to proceed. Rehearse timings is found under the Slide Show pull down menu.
3. When in the Slide Show View you can write on the slide with a pencil if you want to draw attention to something on the slide.
4. When viewing the Slide Show, you can change the pen color, move to the next slide or end the Slide Show from the arrow in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. The following selection boxes will appear. Click and highlight to make your selection.
