New Slide Layout, Design, View, and Zoom

The new slide button allows you to add more slides to the presentation, with the preselected boxes for text, clipart, titles, or charts.

The slide layout button allows you change the layout of the slide, without adding a new slide. Click on the apply button.

The apply design button allows you to change the background design after you have started working on the presentation. However, all slides in the presentation will be changed to reflect the new background.

The black and white view button enables you to view a presentation in black and white, as well as having a slide miniature window with color view.

By clicking on the arrow next to the zoom button , the viewing size% will change.
