The downwards arrow to the
right of Draw 
allows you to align and rotate graphics, change the AutoShape and
other features, as well as changing the order of objects on a page to
the front or back of the page. Items
can be grouped together or separated.
The arrow 
selects objects which you want to order, align, or rotate
etc.
The free rotate button
allows you to grab a corner of the selected item and rotate it to the
desired position.
