Hey Circle K'ers!
Our second general meeting for the summer will be coming up! Here are the details (which you can also view on the "Meetings" page) for the online
meeting and the in-person meeting:
Online General Meeting #2
The online meeting will be held on June 17 at 7:00 p.m. via Windows Messenger. Of course, in order to attend this meeting, you
need to have Windows Messenger on your laptop or computer. To download it for free, please go to: http://download.live.com/?sku=messenger.
If you plan to attend this meeting, please send your screen name to Melissa (cki@hawaii.edu or
momiya@hawaii.edu). Thus, she can add you to her list of contacts and invite you to the meeting that evening.
Also, please let her know if you are coming to this meeting so that she knows who to expect.
In-person General Meeting #2
The in-person meeting will be held on June 18 at 12:00 p.m. in Hemenway 209 (a.k.a. RIO Room). Please send an email to
Melissa (at cki@hawaii.edu or momiya@hawaii.edu)
and let her know if you are coming to this meeting. Therefore, she will know who to expect. Also, if you need to come late, that's
just fine--but please let Melissa know in advance.
As mentioned before, the meetings will parallel each other, so it is only necessary to attend one kind of meeting. If anyone has any
questions or concerns about the meetings, feel free to email us at cki@hawaii.edu or Melissa at
