Focus: The tour will illustrate life in the 1880s during King Kalakaua's reign.
Task: Your assignment is to identify an object you saw in the palace that caught your interest. Describe the object, any information you learned about it, and how is it connected to the history of the palace and/or its royal occupants.
Format: One typed page (approximately 200-250 words). Handwritten assignments will be accepted if legible. Please provide word count at the end.
