Tuition Exemption

Full time faculty and staff, as well as their spouses or domestic partners, may be eligible for a Tuition Waiver. The Tuition Waiver exempts you from payments for credit-bearing classes at any campus during the academic year. You may only register during late registration (first day of classes), and only if there is room in the class. Taxes on spousal waivers will be withheld as in-kind wages; please discuss your situation with the human resources officer. To utilize the Tuition Waiver, simply register through the Banner system. If you are recognized by the system, you will be offered a “tuition waiver” button to click. If you are unable to process the waiver online, visit the personnel office for a paper application and/or to verify your eligibility.
