To my Uncle Leo....

Thank you for giving me a chance to see what a father figure should be. I was very lucky to have grown up under your supervision. On the best day of my life, you honored me by walking me down the aisle. You looked very handsome with your tie and suit. I was so happy when I found that tie. It was very important to me. Although my Dad could not be there, I know you made him proud.

I may not see you when I visit Kauai, but I know you’ll visit me. You’ll visit me on special occasions, and some not so special occasions, and I’m sure on difficult days. I do believe in a paradise after death. I know you’ll be there waiting for all of us. Rest in peace Uncle Leo, I can’t wait to see you again.
