1. Must be pre-registered with the auction house
2. Financing should be pre-approved. Be ready to submit social security number and/or credit card number
3. Shipping and handling must be paid by the buyer
4. No pornographic or obscene material may be sold
5. Once the auction begins, it can't be stopped
6. Cancellations are honored only under extreme circumstances
