Get involved

We are always looking for people interested in participating in experiments. If you would like to take part in research conducted by our lab, please contact Kathryn Wheeler.

We also have room for new research students. Exceptional graduate and undergraduate students in Linguistics or allied fields (including, but not limited to Second Language Studies, Computer Science, and Psychology) can contact Ben Bergen to find out more. There are several other ways to get involved.

  • You can attend the Cognitive Linguistics Research Group, where we discuss current research, hear occasional speakers, and plan and conduct our own studies.

  • You can break bread with us at the Language and Cognition Lab Lunch (contact Ben Bergen for details).

  • You can take classes related to our areas of research
