Joining Beta Alpha Psi

All prospective members have the opportunity to join Beta Alpha Psi either as a candidate or an initiate. What's the difference? Because our organization drives our members to exceed and go beyond than what they're normally capable of, what we expect for our initiates might be a tad bit much for first years in their accounting studies. Candidates have the opportunity to see how our organization works before taking on bigger roles and responsibilities as initiates.

Initiates are the core of our organization, and we make sure they become Hawaii's best new professionals in our nation's accounting industry. To help them be just that, we require initiates to spend much of their time attending workshops, networking at professional interactions, and building their self-image.
