Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

In the event that you need to cancel your conference registration, you should do so by informing the Registration Committee in writing

or by FAX (808) 956-9682.  Notice of cancellation received by October 20, 2002 will be fully refunded (minus a $30 administrative fee).  There will be no refunds for cancellations after that date except in the case of a documented emergency.
