Aloha! My name is Jennifer. I am currently enrolled in the BFA program with my concentration in painting.  I have been living in Hawaii for ten years and previouly lived in California, Guam and  South Korea.  I hope to be able to stay here in Hawaii after I graduate. Hopefully Art This! will be able to help expand the art scene here and expose alternative, independent works.  
 

Hi, I'm John.  I'm also in the BFA program with an emphasis on drawing and painting.  Woodworking and stone sculpture are also part of my studies.  My home has been the Big Island since birth.  I love anything that deals with the outdoors, that is, surfing, fishing, hunting, camping, and anything like that.  I especially enjoy the unique culture of Hawaii and how my art and other activities are influenced by it.  There is a blend of various people and of traditional as well as contemporary ideas.  I hope that sharing this uniqueness will be one of the things that Art This achieves. 

Hello there.  I am formerly an ICS student who has defected to the Art Department after graduation.  I would like to work in 3D computer animation and whatever form it takes online or off line.  Every school day I commute all the way from Waipahu to recieve the wonderful education this caring institution has to offer.  I hope artThis! can improve the artistic learning experience we as art students participate in.

Hidee Hoo!  My name is Wesley Ito and I was born and raised here in Hawaii.  I am a full time student at the University of Hawaii majoring in the arts with an emphasis in graphic design.  I plan to receive my B.F.A. in design and later try and find a job either in Hawaii or move to the main land.  With the creation of "Art This!," it goal is to stimulate the artistic mind for anyone that has an interest in various mediums of art.  Hope you enjoy this web page! =)
