| The following works are by Jennifer Andrews, a student of the U.H. Art Department, in the BFA program concentrating in painting. The following pieces are influenced by the works of Georgia O'keefe as well as surrealist artists such as Sebastian Matta. The color choices have been chosen on hues and values that both compliment and contrast each other. The colors are used to follow the form of the shape in hopes to create a mood involving the intertwining of space, mass, and surface temperature. |
