Looking for a place to show your works? Here's a friendly shove in the right direction.
The following businesses and facilities offer their spaces for exhibits and welcome
art students to inquire about exhibiting their works.
 
Coffee Haven at 1026 Kapahulu Avenue, Suite 5, offers both wall and floor space.
Small and larger pieces for wall pieces are accepted as well as floor space for ceramic,
glass and sculptural pieces. Please call Mark at 732-2090 for more information
and an appointment. Please bring photographs with dimensions.
There is currently an exhibit running through the end of April but the space is available after this show.
 
The Tek Place is accepting requests for exhibits. Located at 725 Kapiolani Blvd. Suite C110.

The Varsity Theater welcomes works by U.H. Art students
to be exhibited on avaliable wall space in the lobby area. Pieces are limited
to no more than 2 and should be no larger than 3' by 4'. Please call
the Varsity Theater for more information or Fred Roster at the U.H. Art Department.
 
    The following exhibits are currently running.
 
1.Personal Mythologies-
Sisu Gallery invites the public to view the works of Rich Richardson, an artist from Maui.
The exhibition is free to the public and will be on show through April 25th.
Sisu Gallery is located at 1160 a. Nuuanu Ave. or call Seth Goldstein at 537-5580.
 
2. University of Hawaii Undergraduate Exhibition
showcasing  various medias by U.H. Art Department students.
Gallery Hours are: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm,
Sunday 12pm-4pm, and is closed Saturday and Holidays.
The Gallery will be closed Friday, April 10th
Also on exhibit at Commons Gallery
are the works of recepients of various grants and student honories.
Works will be on display until May 8th.
Gallery hours are the same as the Main Gallery.
 
3. Dream Art Exhibition
Dates are June 22-28 1998

4. Exposed! On-Line Gallery
( whose Granding Opening was on May 1, 1998)
is currently exhibiting works by U.H. Art Department students.
