The Theatre Historical Society is pleased to be a member of American Airlines Business ExtrAA, an incentive program which rewards organizations for points earned by its members and their friends who fly American.

Travelers still receive their full personal frequent flyer mileage credit!

Now, when you fly on American you can help THS -- at absolutely no cost to you! Anyone with an American AAdvantage account can participate!

Simply enter our Business ExtrAA ID number - 791374 - into your reservation before ticketing or traveling.

Here’s how to do it, depending on how you book your reservations:

Option 1: If you make your reservations online through www.aa.com, enter the THS Business ExtrAA ID number 791374 in the "Business ExtrAA Account Number/Corporate Identification Number" section.

Option 2: If you make reservations directly with American Airlines, American Eagle, or AmericanConnection, call the special Meeting Services reservations number, 800-433-1790, in the U.S. and Canada. Then give them our Business ExtrAA ID number 791374. For all other locations, contact your local American Airlines reservations office.

Option 3: If you make reservations and purchase your tickets at an American Airlines airport ticket counter, ask the agent to place our Business ExtrAA ID number 791374 in the "Tour Code" box.

Option 4: If you make reservations through a travel agency, please give them the following information to enter into your reservation, depending on which computer reservation system they use:

In the "Tour Code" box enter the following:

APOLLO: T:$BITC791374
WORLDSPAN: 5-ITC791374
AMADEUS: FT*C791374

IMPORTANT!: The THS Business ExtrAA ID number MUST be entered prior to commencement of travel!

If you have already purchased your ticket, but have not yet begun your travel, please call the American Airlines Meeting Services desk at 800 433-1790 and ask them to enter our Business ExtrAA ID number 791374 into your reservation, then give them your reservation number or locator.
