Click on the "REGISTER ONLINE HERE" link below. Select the appropriate registration items and enter the number of people registering for each one. Then click "Continue," complete the information requested and follow the procedures to check-out.
Payment is via PayPal and it's simple, safe and secure!
After submitting your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print and retain a copy of your registration details for your records.
NOTE: You MUST make your own hotel reservations!
