Teaching
Philosophy:

What fascinates me about teaching culinary arts is that
the learning has no barriers or limitations. It provides the ideal opportunity for an
integrated education. Besides using
our 5-basic senses for learning, culinary arts refers back to history,
explores cultures, deals with geography, breaks down to a science, engages
computation in math, evokes artistry, involves writing, speech,
communication, marketing, and entrepreneurship. And last but not least---“cooking
and common sense.” Never a
dull moment.
