VOYAGER PRINTING IN THE CATALOGING MODULE

We found that one of our printers (HP Laserjet 4000) cut off part of the right margin of bib records in the cataloging module, no matter what size font we selected in the module.

One of our very sharp students figured out what to do:

close Voyager cataloging
Go to 'my computer'
click 'printers'
highlight the printer icon
click 'file'
click 'properties'
click the 'print quality' tab
change 'text mode' setting from 'auto' to 'truetype as bitmaps'

If the 880 data in RLIB CJK records is not printing:
change 'Graphic Mode' to 'Raster'
change 'text mode' to 'truetype as graphics'

click 'ok'
