This is in response to a message sent to the List Owner. It sounded like a general question that would be applicable widely to libraries with cookbook collections. Here are some selected subject headings and LC classification numbers for Hawaiian cookery. Most of the cookbooks that we acquire include recipes from many ethnic traditions, so would be international in scope rather than strictly limited to "Hawaiian."
