It is assumed that you already know the basics about web browsing, and can navigate the pages by clicking on hotspots or the buttons on your browser. It is recommended that you use Netscape 3.0 and above to view these pages, and that you enlarge your browser window when necessary to minimize the amount of left and right scrolling. Your web browser must support frames.

You may click on the options in the table of contents frame on the left to jump to specific sections. However, it is recommended that you go through the sections in order from top to bottom during your first visit to these pages.

If certain images fail to load, click on the reload button of your browser and wait for the entire page to load before clicking on any part of the page. Clicking too soon on the page will interrupt the downloading of the information.
