Mediation:
Our mediation service begins when an initiator (someone not involved in the dispute) or a referrer (someone who is involved in the dispute) refers a mediation case to us via the web or by paper.
We then contact each party (as described in the referral) letting them know that they've been referred to mediation and provide them with information on our process. Within this information is a premediation form (also available online). Each disputant must fill out and submit this form before scheduling can take place.
Once we received the pre-mediation forms we check the information for a conflict of interest and verify with our advisors that the case is within our parameters.
Based on all disputants time availability (asdescribed in their completed pre-mediation form) and mediators time availability a Mediation Session is scheduled!
