Welcome - Nicasius is a site chiefly dedicated to philosophy and political science. Its name comes from the Romanian philosopher Constantin Noica - his friends used to call him Nicasius. Sometime later, a section of the site will be dedicated to his work.The site was created by Mircea Boari, PhD candidate in Political Theory at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, USA
