Criteria to determine effectiveness To document and evaluate this project I will include written and verbal observations from faculty, staff and parents, as well as journal reflections and interviews with students. Observable data will include direct environmental impact, as well as noting the frequency of projects occurring on-campus in the junior school ( over a reasonable period of time) that foster stewardship.

Caring for our campus Creating a sense of personal responsibility i.e. disposing properly of trash.

Helping people in our community The effectiveness of our program can also be measured by the desire that student’s, their family’s and teacher’s have to serve the greater community.
